Meet with a student who’s excelled in the class you’re taking now. They’ll explain tough material and help you better understand the content you’re struggling with.
Meet with an academic coach to help identify your personal strengths and experiment with a variety of college skills that work best for you, including time management, note taking, reading, writing and study skills.
Talk to a peer in person or virtually about anything you’re going through at WVU – the good, the bad or the ugly. They also remind you about important dates during key times of the semester to help you stay on track.
Take short online, on-demand workshops to help you succeed at the college level, including “adulting 101,” managing stress, developing good habits, staying organized and learning the best study skills.
